Guarantee terms
Our 60-day guarantee: terms and claim.

We want you to be happy with our products. If you are not, we will refund the purchase price under the following terms. This guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights.
1. Guarantor
Corp Capsula GmbH, Kolonnenstraße 8, 10827 Berlin, Germany (“we”). Contact details: see our imprint.
2. What the guarantee covers
If you are not satisfied with a product you bought in our online shop, we will refund the purchase price actually paid for one pack of that product (after any discounts). The pack may be opened. You do not need to return it; you may keep it.
Shipping costs are not refunded under this guarantee.
3. Guarantee period
The guarantee can be claimed within 60 days of delivery of the order. The period starts on delivery; the guarantee cannot be claimed before then. The delivery date shown in the carrier's tracking applies. If you have received the parcel but no delivery is confirmed, please contact us via our contact form.
4. Scope
- The guarantee applies to one pack per product and customer. The customer is the natural person who placed the order. Several customer accounts, e-mail addresses or orders of the same person, as well as orders under the same last name to the same delivery address, count as one customer.
- It applies to consumers ordering for private purposes in our online shop and to deliveries to all countries we ship to.
- Excluded are shipping costs, gift vouchers and products not bought in our online shop (e.g. via marketplaces or retailers).
5. How to claim
Within the guarantee period, tell us which product you are claiming for – in your customer account under “My orders” or via our contact form, stating your order number (2KB-…) and your e-mail address. No reason is required, although we appreciate a short note on what you did not like.
6. Refund
We refund the amount within 14 days of receiving your claim to the payment method used for the order. The refund is free of charge for you.
7. Misuse
We may refuse a claim if the guarantee is obviously misused, in particular for purchases intended for resale or for repeated claims for the same product.
8. Your statutory rights
Your statutory rights – in particular the statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights against us as the seller – exist independently of this guarantee and are not restricted by it. Claiming under the guarantee is free of charge. The purchase price of the same pack is refunded only once, even if several rights apply.
9. Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected.
