Shipping costs
Within Germany shipping is €4.90 and free from an order value of €60. To the rest of the EU a per-country price from €16.90 applies (free from €120, in Sweden/Finland from €150), and to Switzerland/Norway €23.90 / €24.90 (no free-shipping threshold). The exact amount is shown at checkout.
Delivery address
Please check your complete delivery address before purchase. You can see which delivery countries are available when you enter your address in the shop.
Your parcel
Please check your delivery on receipt. If something is damaged or an item is missing, contact us via the contact option in the shop and have your order number ready.
